ข้าพเจ้านางสาวรัตนาวดี กลิ่นสันเทียะ ตำแหน่งผู้ดูแลเด็กศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านยุบใหญ่ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองบุนนาก อำเภอหนองบุญมาก จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของเด็กที่เริ่มเข้าเรียนในปีแรกถือว่าเป็นไปได้ยาก เพราะเป็นที่ทราบกันว่าเด็กต้องห่างจากอกพ่อ แม่มา ไม่คุ้นชินอยู่กับคนจำนวนมากเเละคนแปลกหน้า แต่เมื่อเด็กได้รับการฝึกฝนก็สามารถที่จะปรับตนเองของเด็กให้เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้
ในการมาเรียนสิ่งที่เด็กจะต้องเตรียมมาคือขวดนม ผ้าอ้อม รองเท้าถุงเท้า กระเป๋าเเละที่นอน ซึ่งเเน่นอนว่าจะต้องมีการสลับกันเอาของเพื่อนไปบ้าง โดยการเเก้ไขครูก็จะให้ผู้ปกครองเขียนชื่อติดกำกับไว้ เพื่อง่ายแก่การหาเจ้าของ แต่ละวันจะมีเด็กสลับกันมาเรียนบ้างเนื่องจากผู้ปกครองเห็นว่าบุตรหลานของตนร้องไห้ เอามาเรียนบ้างไม่เอามาบ้าง เมื่อมาก็จะร้องไห้ เมื่อคลาดสายตาของครูเด็กก็จะแอบออกประตูหลังของโรงเรียนแล้วหนีกลับบ้าน วิธีการแก้ไข ครูก็จะต้องคอยจับตาดูเด็กคนนั้นอย่างเป็นพิเศษและคอยบอกกล่าวเสมอว่าห้ามหนีออกนอกโรงเรียนจนกว่าพ่อแม่จะมารับเพราะถ้าหนีออกไปนักเรียนอาจจะได้รับอันตราย รถชน หรือโดนจับไปแคระดวงตาได้
ในการรับประทานอาหารกลางวันเด็กบางคนจะไม่ยอมรับประทานอาหาร ไม่รับประทานผักหรือแม้เเต่ผลไม้ ครูก็ต้องคอยบอกแนวทางว่าทานผักแล้วให้มีการยกตัวอย่างประกอบเกี่ยวกับการทานผัวเเละอาหารว่ามีประโยชน์แก่ร่ายงสยอย่างไร
การเรียนรู้ของเด็กระดับอนุบาลนั้นถึงจะไม่สามารถจำได้ทุกอย่างในเวลาอันสั้นแต่เมื่อมีการเรียนรู้บ่อยครั้ง แล้วเด็กจำเป็นประสบการณ์ครั้งแรกเด็กจำได้ดี มากดังนั้นการจัดโครงการนั้นขึ้นมาเพื่อให้เด็กทราบถึงสถานที่ต่าง ๆ แวดล้อมตัวเด็กและให้เด็กรักโรงเรียนรักการมาโรงเรียนและทราบถึงกฏกติกาข้อห้ามในสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ภายในโรงเรียน
การดำเนินกิจกรรมในการแก้ไขปัญหา
เพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนของครูผู้สอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นครูควรมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพของครูทั้งในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนด้วยวิธีการสอนที่หลากหลาย การส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์การพัฒนาด้านร่างกาย ด้านอารมณ์ ด้านสังคม และด้านสติปัญญา เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสนุกสนใจในเรียนรู้มากขึ้น ครูและผู้ปกครองจึงส่งเสริมให้เด็กเกิดความรักโรงเรียน รักคุณครูและรักการมาโรงเรียน
